BAND NEWS - July 15, 2010

Welcome to the 2010 – 2011 School year with the award winning Lake Travis High School Cavalier Band!

An exciting Cavalier Band season will kick off with E-Day (“Everything-day”) Monday, August 2nd in the LTHS Band Hall. This gives parents and students the opportunity to take care of “everything” needed for the busy Cavalier Band fall and spring season. We will be supporting the band as they travel and perform at all the football games, local and state marching contests, concerts and community events. It’s a full day!

Please subscribe to the band newsletter while visiting the website http://laketravisband.com/news.htm (at the bottom of the page!). Our newsletter will keep you up-to-date with what is happening in the band and provide vital game and contest day itinerary information.

The Cavalier Band is going GREEN. Forms and music will be available this summer on the Charms website (click here to access). Find the parent/student login box & enter our schoolcode: laketravishsband. This takes you to the LTHS Band public information page. Enter your password (student id #) to access all forms and music by clicking on the purple "handouts" button. You must complete and bring the following forms to Everything Day. You will also need to bring separate checks for Fair Share, Band Trip Deposit, Band Store, and Strait Music orders.

     • Student Roster/Directory Information (Charms station to update your information)
     • Volunteer Form
