How to Subscribe to the 2026-27 Band Calendar
Instructions on how to add the shared Google Calendar to your existing calendar platform.

Google Calendar Users:
You can only add the shared calendar to your Google Calendar using the web. You cannot do this from the Google Calendar app on your phone.

Open Google Calendar: Go to calendar.google.com.

Add by URL: On the left-hand sidebar, find the Other calendars section and click the + (plus sign).

Select "From URL": Choose From URL from the menu.

Paste the Link: Paste the .ics link into the field provided. Note: Do not check "Make the calendar publicly accessible" unless you intend to share it further.

Add Calendar: Click Add calendar. It will now appear in your list on the left.
Apple Calendar Users:
Add to Apple Calendar (iPhone). You do not need a Google account to do this. You can add the .ics feed directly to your iPhone's native calendar.
Copy the Link: Copy the .ics URL to your iPhone's clipboard.

Open Settings: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.

Navigate to Accounts: Tap Apps > Calendar > Calendar Accounts. (On older iOS versions, it is simply Settings > Calendar > Accounts).

Add Account: Tap Add Account, then select Other at the bottom of the list.

Add Subscribed Calendar: Tap Add Subscribed Calendar.

Paste and Next: Paste the .ics link into the Server box and tap Next.

Save: You can change the "Description" to something recognizable like LTHS BAND. Tap Save.
Outlook Calendar Users:
Outlook on the Web (Best Method). Adding the calendar via the web is the most reliable method because it will automatically sync to your Outlook Desktop app and the Outlook mobile app.
Log in to Outlook.com or your Microsoft 365 web mail.

Switch to the Calendar view using the icon on the left sidebar.

Click Add calendar (located just above the month mini-calendar).

In the pop-up menu, select Subscribe from web.

Paste the .ics link into the box.

Give the calendar a Name, choose a color, and click Import.
