JOIN CSS - CONCESSIONS SUPER SQUAD
Manages the behind-the-scenes of the three (3) concession stands (Home-Visitor-Student) with responsibilities such as receiving weekly drink and food deliveries, game-day food prep, stand management, and clean team. Some roles are mostly remote or can be flexible with your schedule! REQUIREMENTS: Must be available for all event dates listed below: Home Game #1: 10/9 Home Game #1: 10/23 Home Game #3: 11/6 Playoff Game: 11/13 (Tentative) Only 24 team members. Participation in CSS exempts the family from the 2 concessions shifts + committee requirement.

JOIN FEDS-Front Ensemble Deployment Squad
The famous Cav Band "roadies." FEDS transport show props and equipment to every football game and competition, load/unload trucks, and push equipment on/off the field. Amazing view of the show from the sidelines, free admission to games you work, and part of the action on the field. REQUIREMENTS: must work at least 4 of 9 competition days AND at least 5 of 10 games, though more is encouraged AND appreciated! Competition Days are on Saturdays and some week days. They are typically a full-day event, so please plan to have the full day available. If your work schedule will conflict with helping at 4 competitions, FEDS probably wouldn't be the best squad for you. Only 40 team members. Participation in FEDS exempts the family from the 2 concessions shifts + committee requirement

JOIN TFS - The Flag Squad
Provides support for flag distribution - primarily serving at the storage unit during the delivery holidays. Make sure that routes get correct number of flags, rebar and rubber bands during the loading process as well as directs traffic and keeps things flowing smoothly. REQUIREMENTS: Provide support at 2 of 5 holidays (both the flag pickup and return dates) and are on call to help with flag emergencies for those holidays. Store 5 flags and 10 rebar at their home for just-in-time delivery or pick-up. Only 12 team members! Participation in TFS exempts the family from the 2 concessions shifts + committee requirement.

JOIN MSS - Meals Super Squad
Help keep our students fed and hydrated all marching season. Set-up, serve, and clean-up 30+ meals during summer band camp and home games. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to serve for 7-10 shifts. Only 20 team members. Participation in MSS exempts the family from the 2 concessions shifts + committee requirement.

JOIN SUDS-Student Uniform De-Griming Squad
Each member washes 8-10 uniforms every 2-3 wears and before competitions, equivalent to 2-3 loads of laundry each time. You will pick up the uniforms at the band hall (typically after a game or competition) and return them to the band hall after they are cleaned. Will be provided with the washing schedule, instructions, detergent, stain remover and a mesh bag for washing. SUDS members also help with washing tablecloths after our band banquet in May. Great job for those that need hours completed at home! Only 27 team members. There are 24 band uniform SUDS spots and 3 guard uniform SUDS spots. Participation in SUDS exempts the family from the 2 concessions shifts + committee requirement.

Do you enjoy helping bring events to life? Join the Events Committee and assist the VP of Events with setting up and decorating for a variety of band events throughout the year. From adding creative touches to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you'll help make each event special for our students and families. Whether you can volunteer at events or help with projects from home, there are flexible opportunities to fit your schedule.

JOIN MAT (MARCH-A-THON) COMMITTEE
Help plan and execute our March-A-Thon fundraiser! Assist our VP of Fundraising in getting everything prepared before our March-A-Thon in August! This is our biggest fundraiser for the program and is such a fun event for students and families!
